Grato

One of my favorite meals during our visit to West Palm Beach was at Grato. I couldn’t believe that Grato was able to accommodate our group of 11 the day before Thanksgiving! I was able to secure the reservation just four days in advance.

I ordered a glass of chianti and the bucatini carbonara. The bucatini was absolutely delicious!!! The rich and creamy sauce was very filling, but had this been a less hearty sauce I would recommend pairing the pasta with an appetizer or salad.

Will definitely be making a reservation at Grato next time I visit West Palm Beach!
