I’ve had SAISAKI on my list of sushi places to try, and I hate that I’ve taken this long to finally come here.

I’ll start by saying that this place is perfectly located in a very easy to find plaza, quite a few options of things you can do around here as well, which is nice in case you want to package some shopping around your meal.

Lastly, we could not have ended our meal in a better way than to have an unagi, quail egg ikura nigiri this was incredibly rich, with a subtle sweetness and a nice acidity from a mild drop of lime zest, and the mildest fire on the raw egg to just give it warmth and light cook, yet allowing you to still have that creaminess on the bite. Absolutely delicious!!! Will drive here to have this again!
